Warrant less arrests will soon become mainstream in the USA if this bill isn't amended or pulled back. This speech by Senator Mark Kirk tries to define the US constitution against the FY 2012 Defence Authorization bill, which will begin to defeat the constitution in a "Court of Law". This is by far the most blatant of treasonous acts by congress since the post 9-11 authorization of the illegal war in Iraq with the rejection of the Feinstein amendment to S. 1867. God help us all.
